Recruitment process:

To apply for a position at BICEC, certain prior conditions must be fulfilled.

Pre-selection criteria :
  • Degree and age :
    • GCE A/L+2, maximum age 28 years
    • GCE A/L+3, maximum age 30 years
    • GCE A/L+4 and more, maximum age 32 years.

  • Computer Knowledge : having a good knowledge of computer-based tools (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
  • Details: have a reliable telephone number (telephone numbers, e-mail, PO Box).

Recruitment Procedure :

  • Tests: It includes psychometric, logic, mathematics, or general knowledge tests.

  • Interviews :
    • The scenario or group interview: It helps to evaluate the behavior of candidates in professional situation.
    • The panel interview: It is presided over by the General Manager in person and accompanied by members of the Senior Management Committee and the HRD.

  • The recruitment committee: It is made up of members of the various panels as well as the Human Resource Director. It has the mission of pre selecting applicants retained by the panels and eliminating those whose performances during the tests are deemed insufficient. The Applicants are then shortlisted and presented to the General Manager who decides on recruitment of future employees.
